Job Description

As a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions. You will collaborate with customers, architects, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation.

Key responsibilities include participating in discovery workshops, providing technical feasibility and thought leadership for business requirements, architecting and designing solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and delivering high-quality code deliverables including configurations, plugins, workflows, and customizations.

You will also work with Azure Services Integration, collaborating with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications, create data migration plans, lead migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools, and guide and mentor developers to ensure adherence to design standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
