To deliver exceptional guest experiences, a seasoned leader is required to oversee the Front Office team. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will mentor and develop your team to ensure an unforgettable guest journey from check-in to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office Team, including Front Office, Telephonist, and Hosts.

- Manage budgets, wages costs, forecasting, profit, and loss.

- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be well-presented.

- Foster a professional, high-quality service-oriented environment.

- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations.

- Develop, implement, and monitor service standards.

- Resolve problems with attention to detail and build lasting relationships.

Your Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role with a 4-5 star hotel/resort.

- Budget control and rostering experience.

- Demonstrated ability to maximise room revenue, occupancy, and manage daily statistics.

- Strong organisational skills with a focus on quality and standards.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Fidelio or Opera System.

- Understanding of IT system interfaces and ability to train, lead, and motivate a customer-focused team.

The ideal candidate will embody leadership qualities, possess excellent communication skills, and have previous experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of budget control, rostering, and IT system interfaces is essential for success in this position.
