We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and creating a personalized experience. Your expertise in talent development will enable you to build a high-performing team through effective rostering, coaching, mentoring, and advancing the skills of your colleagues.

  • Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery across a 7-day roster.
  • Lead a collaborative Management Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by maintaining high service standards and promoting a guest-centric approach.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record in Hotel Front Office Management from luxury establishments.
  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using cloud-based systems.
  • Relevant long-term and permanent working rights in Australia.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality and/or Hotel Management.
  • A natural energy and drive for excellence, combined with a people-centric approach.
