We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Risk Manager to lead our internal audit team in creating and delivering risk management strategies that align with business objectives.
About the Role- Develop and implement effective risk management plans to mitigate potential threats and capitalize on opportunities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize business risks.
- Lead the development of comprehensive risk reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Risk identification and assessment: Identify potential risks and assess their impact on the organization.
- Risk mitigation and control: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate identified risks.
- Reporting and communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on risk management progress and results.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
