**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced GRC strategic risk professional to join our team. As a senior level role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all GRC elements and activities, including risk assessments for projects and business as usual operations, and regulatory compliance for our organization as we scale internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, own, drive and deliver all GRC risk items for international teams to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Design and deliver control attestation processes, prepare, review, rectify and implement actions to supplement controls
- Report on risk to key stakeholders and executives, and embed and facilitate risk discussions in key meetings
- Compile RAS Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to the GRC team for monitoring
- Review the company's risk profile and update risks/causes/controls/actions as appropriate within the GRC System
- Manage and drive the business continuity management framework
- Support the management and responses to any incidents that may arise as per incident management processes
- Own and drive project/initiative/BAU risk assessments using various risk management frameworks
- Facilitate regulatory and internal audits as required

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience at a senior level in risk management and delivery, and GRC, ideally in a tier 1 consulting environment
- Expertise in utilising risk management, compliance and internal audit frameworks, including exposure to multi-jurisdictional environments
- Ability to deliver multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously and autonomously with a high level of ownership, sense of urgency and pragmatism
- Proven track record working across business support functions in a fast-paced, international, regulated environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities, with experience managing executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in the use of GRC systems
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce or similar, with relevant post-graduate qualifications and/or industry accreditation/certification
