Job Title: Risk Framework Manager

Are you passionate about risk management and strategic planning? Do you have a knack for delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Risk Framework Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various risk reporting needs, assisting in the review and maintenance of our Risk Management Framework, and integrating risk into our business planning process.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of various risk reporting needs, including quarterly risk reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in the review and ongoing maintenance of our Risk Management Framework, ensuring it aligns with global frameworks.
  • Integrate risk into our business planning process by reviewing risk appetite in conjunction with business plans.
  • Monitor performance of risk against appetite and utilize key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to report on risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Business/Law/Risk or related fields is preferred.

5-7 years of experience working in risk management within Australia's financial services or APRA-regulated entities.

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, risk culture, and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical skills to analyze information for insights and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Experience in data analytics and reporting with visualization software is highly regarded.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
