Event Marketing Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and coordinate the NSW House program, encompassing panels and networking events spanning a three-day activation.

This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring that speaker briefings, event details, and panel descriptions are accurate and aligned. Additionally, it entails working closely with the internal events team on activations and logistics.

Key responsibilities include managing event communications, driving attendance, collaborating with design and media teams, and writing and reviewing content for promotional and event materials.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will utilize CRM tools to manage event communications and contact lists, while supporting approval processes, stakeholder updates, and campaign tracking.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
