**About the role**
TAFE NSW has an exciting Temporary Part-Time (0.4) opportunity for motivated individuals with current experience in Tourism, Travel, Events or Hospitality, to collaborate with our experienced Teachers and Head Teachers to carry out student assessments as an Assessor, through TAFE Digital online.

Your role will include assessment strategy implementation, independent assessments, and identifying gaps that may require further teacher support.

Note: This role does not teach or deliver training.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- TAE10 Assessor Skill Set or equivalent
- Diploma of either Travel and Tourism, Event Management or Hospitality or higher
- Commitment to develop VET knowledge and skills as well as maintain industry currency and assessor competence
- Ability to meet all the Essential Requirements as outlined in the position description
