**Responsibilities**: As a Solution Sales Expert, you will be working with our most important customers in the public sector sales organization. You will collaborate with technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and exceed revenue targets in your assigned accounts.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Sales Execution: Engage in conversation with customers aligned to their industry, collaborate with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities, and identify customer business and technology readiness.

- Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to developing partner strategies to address gaps in capabilities.

- Delivering Results Through Teamwork: Drive project execution, partner with other teams, and leverage others in relevant work streams.

- Role Model Microsoft Values: Treat others with fairness, respect, empathy, and compassion.

**Qualifications**:

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: Experience selling business solutions to large/global enterprise customers, preferably with data platform and Analytics & AI technologies. Prior experience in Consulting/Solutions Sales position working with Data solutions required, including structured/relational to semi/non-structured data.

**Key Capabilities**:

- Sales Execution: Ability to introduce how other workloads could enable digital transformation areas aligned with the customer's industry.

- Scaling and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to cross-sell and up-sell.

- Technical Expertise: Ability to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication.

- Sales Excellence: Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning.

- Deliver Results Through Teamwork: Ability to identifying customer and operational needs in partnership with other teams.
