Job Overview

The primary objective of this strategic position is to spearhead end-to-end innovation, solution development and enhancement, revenue growth, and delivery of services to clients.

  • Provide market insights and collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive service roadmaps;
  • Manage service delivery operations, meet performance targets, and deliver exceptional outcomes;
  • Support clients in stakeholder management and foster strong relationships;

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can:

  • Exhibit expertise in successfully implementing and operating within complex matrix management environments;
  • Demonstrate successful track records in building sustainable business partnerships with vendors;
  • Possess extensive knowledge of current and future trends in the Service Management market;
  • Have previous experience in Account Management, General Management, or Service Delivery within large organisations utilizing multi-source delivery models;
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with or understanding of innovative methodologies such as Agile and/or DevOps.
