Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registration Officer to join our organization in the Victorian Building Authority.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the registration process, including reviewing and processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and review daily work to ensure efficient and effective processing of registrations
  • Develop rapport with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to understand issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Produce high-quality written documents and reports using clear and concise language
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, or face-to-face

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
