As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers.

  • Locations: Cairns, Earlville, or Smithfield
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday
  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Potential rosters: 9:30-1:30, 10:00-2:00, or 12:00-4:00

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
  • Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.

  • Ability to work in a busy, commercially driven retail environment.
