About the Role

The Customer Banking Specialist in our Townsville Branch will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This includes having in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, supporting customers with enquiries and applications, and educating customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs
  • Support customers with enquiries and applications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms
  • Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment
  • Genuine interest in building a career with the Commonwealth Bank
