About the Role
The Customer Banking Specialist in our Townsville Branch will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This includes having in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, supporting customers with enquiries and applications, and educating customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs
- Support customers with enquiries and applications
- Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options
What We're Looking For
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms
- Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment
