About the Role:

The SEO Director plays a pivotal part in driving the growth and excellence of the Owned Product offering, ensuring top-notch owned media strategy, planning, and execution. As the SEO Director, you will collaborate closely with Client Directors and Owned Managers to deliver comprehensive media and communication plans that meet the strategic objectives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic client support and output platform management.
  • Identifying opportunities for product growth in current clients and potential clients.
  • Assisting in new business pitches by working in collaboration with other Reprise and agency teams.
  • Working with the Senior Management on thought leadership and POV pieces.
  • Building a new SEO team and nurturing talent by developing best-in-class training programs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with media agency partners and their clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience within SEO, combined with other owned media channels.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing experience combined with the ability to translate technical information.
  • Analytically minded, with a thirst for knowledge.
  • Team management experience with the ability to nurture and grow talent.
  • Team player with the ability to have fun
