Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting root cause investigations and collaborating with teams to identify and implement reliability-focused solutions
  • Developing maintenance strategies and procedures that drive operational efficiency
  • Supporting and delivering projects to enhance equipment performance and contribute to business sustainability
  • Working closely with site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams to achieve shared goals
  • Providing operational support across multiple sites, leveraging your mechanical engineering expertise to drive results
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on maintenance or reliability
  • A strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license, as site travel is required
  • A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Confidence in working collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not essential
