A Product Merchandising Specialist
About the Role:This casual position plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our stores' visual merchandising, ensuring product pricing and ticketing compliance, and building strong working relationships with Grocery personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and compliant planograms across all Coles stores.
- Collaborate with Grocery teams to ensure effective visual merchandising and stock management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store appearance and overall customer experience.
- Experience in creating and maintaining product displays and planograms in a retail environment.
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.88.
- Flexible work-life balance with up to 15 hours per week (average 10 hours).
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are essential days.
