Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joint Finisher to complete work on high-end projects. As a specialist in sealant application, you will ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper adhesion of sealants to various substrates to achieve seamless finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with team members, site supervisors, and other trades to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inspect surfaces for imperfections and rectify any defects to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, materials, and techniques to continuously improve your skills.

About You:

  • At least one year experience in joint sealing and/or finishing in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
  • Experience in all aspects of joint finishing, including internals, externals, tilt panels, large flex joints, silicone, polyurethane & fire rated.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Current drivers license and own transport.
