We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fibreglass Supervisor to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fibreglass repair and alteration, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team of fibreglass workers

Requirements:

  • Current licence and reliable transport
  • Recent fibreglass experience (at least 10 years)
  • Excellent team work and communication skills
  • Commitment to Monday to Friday hours, with potential overtime
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • 2 x work related references
