About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join a leading organization in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field. As a key member of the multidisciplinary health team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to clients and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical injuries and workplace environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Make referrals to external clinicians as needed to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant field.
  • Full AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia.
  • A genuine passion for workplace injury rehabilitation and a desire to build a career in this field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000 (dependent on experience) + super.
