Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive case management and coordinate rehabilitation services for clients, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.
- Support clients in regaining functional performance and managing psychosocial challenges to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless return to work.
- Conduct thorough worksite, functional, and psychosocial assessments to understand the client's overall situation and environment.
- Identify and address barriers to Return to Work (RTW), including psychosocial factors, and create strategies to overcome them.
- Assist clients in re-entering the workforce or finding new employment opportunities, incorporating job coaching and recommending workplace modifications that consider both physical and psychological needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address both the physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery, facilitating the reintegration of injured workers into their roles.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, delivering practical solutions and tailored recommendations that consider the full spectrum of the client's needs, including psychosocial support.
- Competitive salary: Above market rates, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 + Super (based on experience).
- Incentive bonuses: Earn up to an additional $20,000 per year.
