Job Role Overview

The key objective of this role is to source properties that meet the clients' specific requirements through close liaison with real estate agents.


As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating on behalf of clients during residential real estate transactions, ensuring the best possible outcomes are achieved.


Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to support key transactions and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay up-to-date with trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in the property market.
  • Effectively communicate with clients throughout the buying process, providing them with regular updates and ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction experience.

Successful candidates will possess exceptional negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the property market. They will also be well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
