Our company is a leading manufacturer of metal products in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced Production Leading Hand to oversee our production operations and lead a small team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about their work, has a high attention to detail, and is physically strong.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with metal products. They should be able to organize a small team, book transport, and liaise with customers. A current forklift licence and first aid certificate are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $37.00 - $42.00, with 38 hours per week. The schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, with supplemental pay types including overtime pay. Work authorization is required for Australia, and relocation to Kingston, QLD 4114 before starting work is necessary.
