Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of products by coordinating with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and purchasing.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, experience with JIT, MRP, CRP, Lean, and ISO 9000. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying drawing and material availability prior to release for manufacture, coordinating with the Scheduler on internal, customer, and vendor schedules, staging and completing materials prior to job release, and tracking and reporting progress to schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify drawing and material availability prior to release for manufacture
  • Coordinate closely with the Scheduler on internal, customer, and vendor schedules
  • Stage and complete materials prior to job release
  • Coordinate between Production, Engineering, and Purchasing
  • Track and report progress to schedule
Requirements
  • Experience with JIT, MRP, CRP, Lean, and ISO 9000
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take input from multiple sources and prioritize own work effectively
