Credit Officer Role

The position of a Credit Officer is available in our finance team. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage active debtors, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service.

About the Job

This role involves working closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager to ensure timely collections and resolution of customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate accounts and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Cash receipting and customer reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Responding to customer account inquiries and taking action as necessary.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reporting and general duties as required.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a commercial collections role.
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • The ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
