Job Overview

Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to lead and manage multiple IT projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to a high quality standard.

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Coordinate and lead multiple IT projects including software development, COTS implementations and end-user device renewal.
  • Project Management: Ensure project deadlines, cost, quality and service standards are met.
  • Team Guidance: Provide guidance on IT Project Management, IT Service Management and Organisational Change Management.
  • Program Communications: Manage program and project communications and content creation.

You will work closely with project teams, senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs. This role requires a self-starter who is highly organised, customer centric and thrives in an autonomous environment.

  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies.

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
