The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and casework to clients, including court representation. They will work closely with the Principal Lawyer to develop and maintain a strong level of technical competence in core practice areas.

  • Accurately capturing legal and non-legal service data through internal systems">
  • Participating in regular performance discussions and development reviews">
  • Undertaking ongoing professional development">
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' post-admission experience in Migration, Family, and/or Civil Law, with priority given to experience in Family Law and domestic, family, and sexual violence. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as initiative and organizational abilities.
