Senior Legal Professional

We are seeking a senior legal professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development in a trauma-informed, culturally safe practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert legal services and representation in complex matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors, including onboarding and performance reviews.
- Act as Principal Legal Officer during periods of absence.
- Develop and lead legal outreach services across the region.
This is a newly created position offering opportunities to develop leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in women's access to justice.
Requirements- Admission as a solicitor in Australia and eligibility to hold a Northern Territory Practising Certificate.
- At least 4 years of post-admission legal experience in a relevant practice area.
