**Job Title:** Associate Director

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a joint initiative. This initiative builds public policy capability and leadership through postgraduate scholarships, professional development,and networking opportunities.

The Foundation is looking for a strong all-rounder: someone with broad public sector management experience and highly developed administrative and project management skills, coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence, and outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.

The position involves developing and coordinating all programs of work, overseeing the day-to-day management of scholarship programs, providing high quality, professional support and advice on strategic and operational aspects, and developing and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working effectively across the public sector to drive the development of evidence-based public policy and capability and leadership, whilst possessing highly developed interpersonal skills required to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders external to the University; including the Australian Public Service Commission and Agencies.
