About the Role

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and management of facility assets, infrastructure, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical studies, analyses, and investigations to identify and develop solutions for facility infrastructure and system modifications.
  • Design and develop solutions for technical problems of moderate to extreme scope and complexity across the electrical engineering discipline.
  • Review and provide technical advice on proposed changes to facility infrastructure and system changes.
  • Perform engineering calculations in support of facility infrastructure operation and design.
  • Provide technical recommendations and input on facilities system, infrastructure, and equipment reliability, operation, maintenance, life-cycle management, and costing.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum one year of experience with building management and control systems, facilities operation, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with power generation and distribution, load management, and data center power systems preferred.
