
Human Resources Specialist

As a dedicated HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools across our network with employment processes.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in HR with your passion for education and people operations. You will work closely with school staff and leaders to deliver high-quality support and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Employment Contract Management: Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide timely and accurate advice on employment conditions, responding to enquiries from school staff.
- Interpret policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements, providing informed guidance to support schools.
- Support schools with onboarding processes, conducting compliance checks and ensuring accurate documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries accurately and promptly.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration roles is highly desirable.
