Role Summary

As a dedicated HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools across our network with employment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employment Contract Management: Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice on employment conditions, responding to enquiries from school staff.
  • Interpret policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements, providing informed guidance to support schools.
  • Support schools with onboarding processes, conducting compliance checks and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administration roles is highly desirable.
