About the Role
Uniting AgeWell is committed to providing high-quality support and services to older people. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal. Your primary focus will be on supporting designated sites and services by providing expert advice, guidance, and human resources support to managers and employees. This will involve interpreting awards, agreements, and employment instruments related to Uniting AgeWell, managing disputes and grievances, and consulting with unions as required. Regular travel to regional locations is expected, including Mildura, Swan Hill, Echuca, Wangaratta, and Bendigo.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in complex situations. If you have tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or industrial relations or equivalent industry experience, we encourage you to apply.

  • You will be responsible for analyzing and amending residential aged care rosters, as well as planning and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience in dispute resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary processes is highly desirable.
  • Aged Care, Social and Community Services, or Healthcare experience is also highly desirable.
