About the Role

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Insurance Support Specialist to join their team as an Assistant Account Broker. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with a leading Australian Insurance Broker, providing exceptional support to their highly respected team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide general broker support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legislative changes, and technical insurance/broking skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services, preferably in an insurance-related role.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Initiative, negotiation, thoroughness, communication, teamwork, time management, and customer service orientation are essential for this role.
