Assistant Account Executive Opportunity

Succession Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Executive. As a key member of our fast-paced team, you will be responsible for supporting our experienced Account Managers and contributing to the day-to-day servicing of our large general insurance book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and other brokers to process new business and renewals
  • Assist in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our system
  • Coordinate with obtaining quotes, bind coverage, and resolve any policy-related issues
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience as an assistant broker within a broking firm and be open to completing Tier 1 qualification if not already obtained
  • Basic knowledge of Commercial SME and Personal Lines business (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
