Job Title: Insurance Broker

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of insurance products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of insurance products, including Business Package, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Domestic, Public Liability, and Cyber insurance.
  • Utilize insurer e-business platforms to efficiently manage client relationships and claims.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personable and professional interactions.
  • Provide education on additional products and services to clients.
  • Assist with complex client queries and complaints.
  • Negotiate with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines.
  • Understand client financials and provide support regarding debt management, payment enquiries, and settlements.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance broking.
  • Tier 1 accreditation/Insurance Broking qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Business Package, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Domestic, Public Liability, and Cyber insurance.
  • Experience using software programs.
  • Experience in claims management and lodgement.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and show initiative.
  • Ability to analyze information and data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Driven towards setting and achieving goals and making a difference.
  • Sales mindset and ability to connect with clients.
