Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our locations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact to discuss areas of concern, report on deficiencies and obtain new assignments.
- Organize and attend regular meetings with clients, senior managers and regional teams.
- Ensure accurate budgeting and expense management for assigned locations.
- Submit timely and accurate monthly billing and conduct daily site inspections to ensure delivery of services meets work specifications and quality standards.
- Regularly review assignments with staff to ensure tasks are performed properly and quality of work is maintained at expected levels.
- Responsible for the safety of all personnel and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Report accidents and property damage promptly.
- Accountable for all equipment, including keys, communications devices, and ensure they are inventoried daily.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for on-site equipment.
- Process equipment and supplies orders and maintain adequate inventories.
- Review operational efficiency and assist senior managers in improving and upgrading standards, work schedules, etc.
- Work with and train associates daily, responsible for orientation and training of personnel.
- Maintain attendance records for all personnel.
- Hold regular meetings with employees to review performance, attendance and health and safety issues, etc.
- Administer appropriate corrective disciplinary action when necessary.
- Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a unionized environment, able to work with collective agreements and provide guidelines and execution.
- Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.
