About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our growth channel strategy for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building and growing our accounting channel as a standalone growth channel for SMBs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the accounting channel, including a new go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Provide management support and direct oversight to the local team of business development managers (BDMs) and relationship managers in the channel.
  • Direct revenue responsibility, driving performance across several qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Leverage channel expertise and networks for business development, with a focus on selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions into the accounting channel.
  • Manage sales cycles, sales pipelines, and sales operating rhythms specifically for partnerships.
  • Build and establish an external accountant advisory council.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • CA or CPA qualification preferred but not essential.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in payments and selling SaaS solutions into the accounting professional services channel.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Highly networked in the industry, with the ability to be a thought leader and represent OFX externally.
  • Strong strategic ability, with experience developing channel strategies for the target market.
  • Extensive understanding of OFX product offerings and value propositions, particularly SaaS products.
