Seafood Merchandising Representative

This role is responsible for enhancing seafood capabilities within retail deli teams by providing targeted training, coaching, and in-store support to drive commercial outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive training to store managers, deli managers, and deli teams on seafood species, merchandise standards, product handling, food safety, and customer service excellence to ensure consistent execution of merchandising activities.
- Monitor adherence to retailer standards, analysing sales data to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Foster strong relationships with store managers and deli teams to influence positive results and encourage collaboration.
- Utilise CRM and reporting tools to document store visits, track training outcomes, and highlight sales opportunities.
Travel to various sites across Melbourne and regional VIC, requiring flexibility to operate across multiple locations throughout the week.
