About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, focusing on HR business partnering. As a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will drive workforce initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of HR to develop and implement strategic workforce plans
  • Partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution, and compliance matters
  • Developing and implementing organizational development programs to enhance leadership capabilities and succession planning
  • Analyzing workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR professional in a complex multidisciplinary environment
  • A track record of leading organizational development initiatives that drive business results
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, IR, or organizational development
