Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our retirement living communities.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading operational management within complex organisations, ideally in the retirement, health, or community sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive oversight of a regional portfolio of retirement villages.
  • Lead and support Village Managers to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budget management and cost optimisation.
  • Champion resident satisfaction and deliver service excellence.

The successful candidate will provide executive oversight of a regional portfolio of retirement villages, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and performance objectives.

  • Champion resident satisfaction, using insights to improve NPS scores and deliver service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry legislation, accreditation standards, and quality frameworks.

As Regional Operations Manager, you will lead and support Village Managers to deliver exceptional resident experiences and foster a culture of empowerment and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Health, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership in operational management within complex organisations, ideally in the retirement, health, or community sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing complex budgets and driving financial governance.
