About the Role

The Bluestone Recruitment group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director to oversee all project delivery in Victoria. This role will involve managing set budgets and programs, preparing and presenting monthly construction reports to the executive team, and managing the recruitment process for delivery teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery in Victoria, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeframe.
  • Prepare and present monthly construction reports to the executive team, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
  • Lead the recruitment process for delivery teams, sourcing top talent to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with the national executive team on company strategy and execution across project delivery.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in residential and commercial construction. Key requirements include:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Ability to drive successful change and implement new systems and processes.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders across multiple divisions.
