Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Professional Leader to lead by example and help shape our Canberra, ACT team for ongoing future success.

This role involves managing your own caseload, providing thought leadership and expertise within your special interest area, staying abreast of industry trends through structured professional development, and imparting your knowledge to others as you influence best practice in workplace rehabilitation.

The role includes:

  • Conducting assessment and delivering RTW case management as part of managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases
  • Mentoring and coaching consultants to support their achievement of service delivery targets and quality standards
  • Contributing to and championing the development and implementation of innovative product and service offerings
  • Developing key accounts by ensuring exceptional service to our customers with regular reviews, contact and continuous improvement
  • Assisting to create a culture of high performance and growth in all aspects of business development

You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching consultants, developing key accounts, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative products and services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Full AHPRA Registration as Provisional or Registered Psychologist
  • Full ASORC Registration as an Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Prior experience in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Prior experience managing and leading a team
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
  • Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
  • Car and driver's license
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
