About the Opportunity:
Bupa's Defence Health Services provide integrated and seamless end-to-end healthcare solutions. As a Senior Clinician, you will join a management team in the ACT region, balancing policy and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing information, advice, and recommendations on defence health policy
- Provision of occupational health services and preventative healthcare
- Participating in quality and governance improvement initiatives
- Workforce planning and supervision of clinical staff
- Conducting team meetings and staff training activities

About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well with both people and details, handling complex legislative frameworks and nuanced processes
- Has strong management skills, including leadership, conflict resolution, and medical ethics awareness
- Is committed to mentoring, leading, and growing internal talent and championing career development for clinicians
Requirements Include:
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a medical practitioner in Australia with AHPRA
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Vocational Registration
- Post-graduate qualifications in Health Management or commitment to working toward same
Estimated Salary: AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum
