Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Professional to join our Pharmaceutical Regulatory Consulting team in Australia. This role involves working with a broad range of clients, primarily in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will maximise client commercial success by ensuring licensing, marketing, and regulatory compliance of products. Key responsibilities include advising, supporting, and managing regulatory submissions and approvals, liaising with clients and regulatory teams, and collaborating with subject matter experts.

Key Objectives
  • Maximise client commercial success through regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and lead a team of highly skilled Regulatory Consultants.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for achieving results through people, developing a positive team culture, and effectively project managing multiple projects at once.

Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in prescription products or consulting.
  • Technical expertise in the Australian regulatory environment.
  • Extensive experience in prescription medicines regulatory affairs in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Leadership experience in regulatory assessments, new technologies, and pipeline products.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
