Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead large programs responding to external audits and investigations, improving compliance and safety processes, and collaborating across internal teams and external transport regulators.
The role involves leading regulatory audits or investigations, developing data delivery guidelines and tools, working with internal teams to address audit findings with comprehensive processes or policies, and developing regulatory policies with internal stakeholders, reviewing compliance policies, and monitoring ongoing processes.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Strong experience in project analyst or data analyst roles in a matrix organization
- Managing large projects with multiple requests, tight deadlines, and sensitive data; leading regulatory audits or investigations is preferred
- An analytical approach, seeking out and analyzing data to support recommendations
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
