Transformation Leader

A leading financial institution is seeking a Transformation Leader to drive the transformation of its financial crime risk management capabilities.

The role will involve overseeing the end-to-end transformation of technology, operations, and people to meet new challenges in an evolving landscape.

The transformation program will focus on improving processes, operating models, ways of working, and data solutions to mitigate significant financial crime risks.

  • Scope: End-to-end transformation across technology, operations, and people.
  • Outcomes: Efficiency, improved risk management, reduced operational risk, enhanced regulatory reporting, and uplifted intelligence.
  • Delivery: Agile execution via multiple scrum teams.

The right candidate will have experience in operational transformation supported by technology – people, process, and technology change.

This may be within Financial Crime. The role may be either a fixed-term contract or permanent depending on the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the transformation agenda and mobilise teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Influence across the organisation to bring people on the journey and lead strategic delivery.
  • Embed new ways of working and lead organisational change.
