We concentrate on providing cost-effective support, addressing earner feedback, and creating strategies to improve the earner experience in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

You will play a key role in enhancing support processes, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency for merchant partners and internal stakeholders. This requires process improvement skills, attention to detail, and general problem-solving expertise.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Policy and Support Experience Enhancements - Identify trends in earner issues, fix policy and process gaps, recommend experience improvements
  • Project Management - Support the execution of critical initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Analytics, Vendor Management, Workforce Management, L&D, Content, and Operations to align strategies and drive continuous improvement
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving - Proactively address operational challenges, ensuring a seamless earner support experience

The Qualifications You'll Bring:


  • Stakeholder Engagement - Experience working cross-functionally and globally to align priorities, execute initiatives, leverage synergies, and manage expectations
  • Attention to Detail - A meticulous approach to process documentation, execution, and operational accuracy

This role is ideal for someone with experience in BPO operations and/or Customer Experience (CX). Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of GenAI support transformation/optimization are also highly valued.
