Job Title: Loan Specialist Overview of the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Loan Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan and schedule client appointments as required to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with brokers regarding timeline and service timeframes to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Collaborate with solicitors as needed to ensure efficient loan processing.
  • Respond to loan enquiries and resolve complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry and processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Hold a Diploma in Financial Services or Cert IV Certificate in Finance and Broking.
