Senior Loan Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Loan Structuring Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy and client satisfaction, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include reviewing client financials, structuring lending solutions, building strong relationships with clients, managing communications with lenders and clients, and ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the deal process.
- Review client financials and structure lending solutions that meet their needs;
- Build strong, professional relationships with our clients;
- Work closely with our deal team to lodge and manage applications;
- Manage all communications with lenders, clients, and partners;
- Support brokers with complex lending scenarios, including trusts, companies, and non-resident income;
- Ensure accuracy and compliance at every stage of the deal process;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients;
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in mortgage broking, credit, or lending;
- A strong understanding of loan structuring and credit policy;
- Experience working with complex lending or exposure to expat, self-employed, trust/company structures;
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it);
