Program Operations Director

This position involves leading the execution of logistical, technical, and production elements for orchestral training and performance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure all operational aspects are carried out to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of programs, focusing on logistical, technical, and production elements.
- Support the Director in delivering music education and performance experiences.
- Manage program logistics, including venue requirements, travel, accommodation, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with venues for technical and production needs, including staging, equipment, and audio/video recording.
- Monitor and efficiently administer program costs related to production and logistics.
- Maintain control over AYO's musical assets, ensuring maintenance schedules and hire processes are followed.
- Oversee the transportation, hire, delivery, and setup of instruments and equipment required for AYO programs.
- Manage freight and vehicle requirements for all programs.
- Assist as Stage Manager for AYO rehearsals and concerts, coordinating technical and logistical elements with internal and external teams.
- Evaluate AYO programs for compliance with WHS standards and contribute to rehearsal and performance risk assessments.
