This role involves overseeing operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient field and client timelines. It entails collaboration with the Business Intelligence team to deliver outcomes on schedule, managing end-to-end processes for field team recruitment, and providing insights to stakeholders based on data trends and patterns.
About This Role:- Focused on delivering results in a fast-paced environment, this individual should possess strong IT skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Operational Process Management: Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure timely completion of field and client tasks.
- Tactical Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Data Insights: Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, informing business decisions.
- Reporting: Produce regular reports on program operations, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- At least 2 years' experience in client-facing roles or account management, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, including Excel.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
